Project Background

In 2026, the HPetti team received a custom request from a client in Slovakia. The client wanted to introduce a smart vending machine that combines a transparent display selling area with side independent grid lockers. The goal was to sell both retail small-pack products and large-pack/bulk products simultaneously. As the project is still in the pre-delivery stage, the client’s specific location and final operating address remain confidential.

Client Needs & Pain Points

• Need to sell both small retail items (snacks, beverages, daily necessities, pet food, etc.) and larger packaged goods (cases of drinks, large bags of pet food, family-sized household products, etc.);
• Desire to maximize space efficiency with an eye-catching transparent display area and secure, private independent lockers;
• Require a stylish, brand-oriented machine suitable for modern European commercial environments;
• Aim to achieve 24/7 unmanned operation to reduce labor costs.

Solution HPetti customized a pink-purple intelligent vending machine with side grid lockers for the client (as shown in the images).

Key Features:

1. Main Transparent Display Area (Glass Door Showcase) Features bright LED lighting and multi-layer shelves with various dispensing mechanisms (spiral, conveyor, etc.). Ideal for high-turnover small-pack retail products such as beverages, snacks, pet supplies, and daily necessities.
2. Side Independent Grid Locker System The right side is equipped with multiple independent locked compartments (9–12 visible in the images). These are specifically designed for large-packaged or bulky items that require secure and private retrieval. The client can flexibly configure different compartment sizes according to product needs.
3. Smart Interactive System
   • 21.5-inch high-definition touchscreen for attractive product display and easy operation;
   • Supports multiple payment methods (bank cards, mobile payments, QR codes, etc.);
   • Remote backend management system for real-time monitoring of inventory, sales, and machine status.
4. Europe-Compliant Design Built to European safety standards, equipped with mobility wheels for easy relocation, and features a high-recognition pink-purple color scheme with adorable cat and dog IP characters for strong visual appeal and friendliness.

Current Status

The machine has completed production and functional testing and is ready for shipment to Slovakia. The client is highly satisfied with the combination of the transparent display area and side grid lockers, believing it perfectly solves their dual needs for “retail + large packaging” sales.
